[bksvol-discuss] Re: Can't fix author during check-in

I would guess, as a programmer, that they are storing everything in
the database lowercase,then pulling it back out and capitalizing as
needed. (The first letter of each word) This facilitates a
case-insensative search if you convert the search input to lowercase
as well.
