Jane,

Probably the most common reason for this problem is due to punctuation like
an apostrophe in the file name.  For some reason, Windows allows them in a
filename, but the Bookshare system does not.  This may be due to the system
being run on a non-Windows platform, like Unix or just a quirk with the
upload software.  Make sure that you don't have any thing other than
letters, numbers , or underscores in your file name, then get back to us if
you're still having the problem.  Also don't forget to search for all
occurrences of the word "error" on the page in case there's an error message
that you just happen to have accidentally overlooked.
