Do you mean we cannot scan any plays? Or are you just talking about Braille?

No, I mean that if they are available on web Braille, you can scan the
titles anyway.  Basically I think you can scan any book you want, as long as
it isn't a play or other dramatic work.  I was disappointed in that, as I
have a script and info on Hotel Rwanda I wanted to submit but can not.
