O.K. That's why I asked. Thank you for explaining.
Certainly Jamie and I are not complaining, but I was
asking, since, as has been discussed before, that
limits the number of people who can validate the
submissions, sighted or blind. And when people aren't
allowed to validate their own submissions, that limits
the number of available validators even further. I was
asking for information, not complaining, and I'm sorry
if I didn't make that clear. Perhaps the sentences and
phrases which I thought were clearly asking ("Is it
that the programs can't convert to rtf?" "...that
books should be submitted in rtf--unless, of course,
it can't be done--the conversion before submission, I
mean.") should have been made more visible.
