I suspect you're probably right.  We have been seeing positive changes on
the site, though, so perhaps they'll get through the critical priorities
eventually, and then they can work on the nice to haves.

Laura,

I requested the changes you are talking about of the support staff months
ago.  I haven't heard of any progress on this yet but it is probably because
they are too busy on more critical items.
