Hi, Cindy. Whenever I have submitted books, the default rating is fair. I have never seen a poor rating as an option.

Monica's idea is to take books from the download list
that are rated Excellent, then Good, etc., and the
Fair books we were talking about are on the download
list. I was thinking that maybe some of the Fair books
were rated that ways by the automatic rater as
default, and really were better than fair, but MIckey
says the default is Poor, so my theory that the Fair
books aren't really Fair but were mistakenly rated is
wrong.
