Hi Linda,

When you validate books and upload them, you see options for rejecting 
books, and in those options, one is a checkbox that says, "book is of poor 
quality."  That is probably what Cindy was referring to.

Hi, Cindy.  Whenever I have submitted books, the default rating is fair.  I
have never seen a poor rating as an option.
