Thanks, Mayrie. I've removed them. They were on the list because they are NY Times Bestsellers that Carrie posted. I considered not putting them on the list, because, as you point out, they were added to the collection, but I left them because I thought people would like to know that these bestsellers are available now,I left the note so that people would know not to scan them without having to check the collection if they heard of a bestseller and were thinking of scanning it Cindy Wish List (i.e., books wanted added to the collection) and books-being-scanned list available at sites below Wish List: https://wiki.benetech.org/display/BSO/Bookshare+Wish+List Books Being Scanned List: https://wiki.benetech.org/display/BSO/Books+Being+Scanned+List --- On Tue, 9/22/09, Mayrie ReNae <mayrierenae@xxxxxxxxx> wrote: > From: Mayrie ReNae <mayrierenae@xxxxxxxxx> > Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Books to remove from the being scanned list > To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx > Date: Tuesday, September 22, 2009, 2:57 AM > Hi Cindy, > > These books can be removed from the list of books being > scanned They're in > the collection. > > Some, I'm not sure why they were ever there, since they > were in the > collection to begin with, but anyway, you can remove these > books. > > THE LAST SONG, by Nicholas Sparks (in the collection) > SPARTAN GOLD, by Clive Cussler (in the collection) > NURTURESHOCK, by Po Bronson (in the collection) > HOME, by Marilynne Robinson (in the collection) > THE HEALING OF AMERICA, by T.
