Hi Debby,
The choice of font is purely for the comfort of the proofreader. For
example, I have two folks who proofread for me, and both find different
fonts easier to read. One prefers Times New Roman, and the other Ariel. I
use one for the comfort of one proofreader when submitting, and one for the
comfort of the other when submitting books for that person to proofread.
And because we do need to standardize font size, font type just seems to
make sense.
Mayrie

Hi Mayrie and everyone!
Why do we use Times New Roman if the Daisy converter changes them to Arial
or something similar? I thought people preferred Times New Roman over
Arial. I could be mistaken, though, (smile).
