I'd also suggest completing the mystery series by Dana Stabenow featuring an
alaskan hunting guide. Bookshare has 10 out of 13 all in excellent or good
quality. I'll second Monica's recommendation about the Ursula Blanchard
series. I read one through NLS a few years ago though the title escapes me
just now.

If anyone is in the mood to scan some mysteries, I'd like to suggest the series by Fiona Buckley about Ursula Blanchard at Queen Elizabeth's court. There are eight books in the series so far, and the author says there will be a total of ten. I've read 3 of the books on cassette from NLS,and they are truly awesome! I don't think Braille users have access to these books through NLS, and I know that many people enjoy this kind of book. The rich historical detail, the suspense, and the vividly real characters make this series of books ideal for mystery fans and history buffs alike.
