Thank you, Joan. I'm glad you're enjoying bookshare
I'll add Dakota to the fiction wish list and also will forward your request to
the volunteer email list where hopefully someone will see it more quickly.
There are volunteers who particularly like to fill in titles missing from
series, and also some who particularly like westerns so hopefully this will be
added to the collection sooner than later

Dear Cindy:

I got your email address from the books being scanned list on confluence.

First, I would like to compliment you on the wonderful work you do for
Bookshare! I am totally blind, and have been a subscriber for about two and
a half years. I have never had such access to books, nor have I ever had the
privilege of being able to search the way I can now.     Thank you!

As volunteers, I know you and the people who scan books for us are extremely
busy, but I would like to request a book which is part of a series. I am
beginning to read the "Wagons West" series, by Dana Fuller Ross, and I
noticed that book 11 is missing. I have done some searching on the web, and
I think it may be out of print. It's entitled "Dakota!" I would offer to do
this myself, but I have never scanned a book before, so I'd rather someone
do it who knows how. The book must be available in a library, or some of the
online bookstores may have some used copies. I haven't been able to find any
new copies of the book.

Anything you can do to help will be greatly appreciated! I would really like
to read this book.

Again, thank you for all you do, and keep up the great work!

Sincerely,
Joan Goldberg
