Hi Valerie and everyone!
One or two renewal notices I received in mid August must have been corrupted, because I couldn't open them. Because of that, I didn't know what book was about to expire until I checked my file that I just told Lori about.

I had a book which needed to be renewed today; however, I did not get a
renewal notice, just the notice that said my book had expired. This same
thing happened to my husband several weeks ago, so I guess we can't count on
receiving the notice.
