I think Carrie has the original .rtf file, and would probably put it back out 
there if you asked her nicely and, perhaps threw in a batch of cookies (not 
tolehouse).

    Hi Gary,

        What kind of word were you trying to get?  I do think that submitting 
the book as a BSO with the reason for that stated in the comments section of 
the submission form seems the simplest solution to your problem.

    Haven't gotten any word on the problem with Unstoppable Global Warming and 
it's missing footnote numbers.  Should I just go ahead and submit a BSO?  What
