Thanks. I never knew that could be done. Sometimes   I've cut the top parts 
that were enlarged or bold and pasted them onto a word file temporarily then 
pasted them back after changing the font--but then I've put the headings and 
things in bold as I came to them in my proofing. I'm glad to know that I can 
change fonts the way you just said. Come to think of  it,though, it seems the 
books I proof don't come with bold and italics already in.
