True, there are a lot of recipes on the internet, and I use them as well. That doesn't mean there aren't particular cookbooks that I wouldn't like to have.

I have the 200th anniversary King Arthur baking book and it's in pretty good shape to submit for proofreading but a friend is going to type up one page that was a picture of an old hand-written recipe. That book was a big three-ring binder so it wasn't hard to work with and it scanned pretty good, too.
