Some outsourcers are former volunteers that are now getting paid money! We
know that these people do good work.

I tend to think of volunteers as people who work on books for the love of
the book and outsources as people who work on books as a job.

As a volunteer who is not a member, what I do for Bookshare is a labor of
love, mostly the love of books, but there are many of you who I consider to
be friends of mine and I would do books for you just because you are my
friend.

I think that is the difference between a volunteer and the outsourcer.
Volunteers put their hearts and souls into their work, in most cases. Since
we don't know the outsourcers, we can't make the same assumption. To them it
may be just a job.
