I would love to join you in the chat room if you¹d like me to be there. We
can talk about some of these issues. Or we could reserve a ³Lisa-chat² for a
later date, once you¹ve had a chance to establish the chat room foundation.

I am concerned about a possible disconnect between bookshare staff
and volunteers widening during a time when working together to make
good decisions rather than just hearing about them on the list may
prove fruitful.  Besides the individual decisions themselves, it
might make volunteers feel more included if we are more part of the
process of decision making in some official way.

Had the decisions which were made lately been floated on the
volunteer list, some of us would feel more included in the process.
