I'm guessing just the volunteers and users. Since this is a chat organized by volunteers and there has been no commitment of time from Bookshare, it is probably not possible for staff to attend this session. I am certain staff will have plenty of opportunities over the summer to speak with users and/or volunteers at conventions.
