the book, convert your Ark one to rtf, if you can, and
submit it with a note --maybe send it directly to
Jesse or Peter. Possibly the book would have a wider
circulation as an rtf . Maybe, and I'm just guessing
from ignorance, it could be better converted to BRF
and Daisy from rtf than from Ark.  That way whoever
submitted the rtf would get credit for the submission,
you'd get another credit (I assume) for the
validation, there wouldn't be two copies in the
collection, and no one else would spend time doing
what you've already done.
