Mary, how do I do that? liz -----Original Message----- From: bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:bksvol-discuss-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Mary Otten Sent: Saturday, May 22, 2004 2:13 PM To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: 1st glitch Hi Liz, In the future, it would be good to remove the layout info from the kes file before you change it to rtf. Bookshare sometimes doesn't like rtf files produced by K1000, and layout info is apparently at least a significant part of the problem. You also don't need to keep the original file name. You can make it something nice and short and easier to type when you're typing in the file to upload. Now, since this has already been made into an rtf file, try calling up the file in MS Word. Make some innocuous change somewhere, like adding a space where nobody would care about it. Then resave the file as an rtf using ms Word and try to reupload. Mary
