[bitlug] need to 'make' a SGML file...

i need to 'make' this commentary on kernel 0.01 and dude the usual make command
dont seem to be workin... i mean cant make out what exactly i need to write in
the makefile... what i did write doesnt work...
i need to convert it to SGML to view it...
