[birdky] Re: yard birds

Just west of Owensboro, I'm having no finches of any kind and only a very few
juncoes, but I did see a Brown Thrasher at the feeder today for the first
time. Cardinals are more numerous than I ever remember. Twenty-five were on
or near one feeding area, ten at another, and two flocks of five to seven
each were in yet another area this morning. Since Friday, about a hundred
Robins have been flocking to the yard where a heavily berried Hawthorne tree
was the main attraction. It has now been picked clean.
