[birdky] strange hooded song?

 strange hooded song?

Yesterday when I was observing and listening to = several birds--a kentucky,
hooded, blue-winged, and red-eyed--in a = little patch beside the
amphitheatre at Berea Woods, I heard a strange = song. Very distinct. Can't
really describe it now. I tracked down the = maker of it--and it was a
hoodedwarbler. I have two tapes--Peterson and = Stokes--but that hooded song
was on neither of them. I don't think I'd = ever heard it before, in the
field, but then again, maybe I had. = The song was totally different from
its "normal" song. Anyone = else know what I'm talking about?
