Yesterday, the 25th, I decided to see what I could stir up in a
small overgrown cemetary next to my home. After a couple of minutes
of pishing & squeaking a Sharp shinned hawk flew into a tree about
50 feet away. I assume he was on the other side of the cemetary to
start with. I continued my pishing & squeaking and the bird kept
hopping from tree to tree, getting closer all the time. It got
within about 20 feet before it flew away. Is this a rare thing for
them to do?
Also, with Lake Cumberland being lowered will there possibly be new
shorebird habitat?
