Anne Newberry, Melissa Easley and I enjoyed a paddle on KY Lake just  outside 
of Hamlin, KY.  Birds of interest were:
Gadwall
Mallard
Blue-winged Teal - 20
Green-winged Teal- 15
Pied-billed Grebe - 47+ one pod of birds swimming together
Horned Grebe
American White Pelican - 18+
Great Egret - 12
Bald Eagle - 1 -3rd year
Killdeer
Least Sandpiper - 25
Laughing Gull- 1
Caspian Tern
