If anyone is interested, I just got back from a two week business trip to
China as part of Governor Bredesen's trade delegation. I had a couple of
days at the end of the trip for some serious birding near Shanghai and have
posted pics at my photo site below. The unquestioned highlight was a late
Spoon-billed Sandpiper at Rudong (there is a very bad, but id'able, picture
in the gallery).
