There's a duck/goose that looks VERY similiar to the bird in the second pic at the pond at Lexington Green...but maybe a little more black though. I've been wondering what possibly he was as well.
There's also a Mallard out there, female I do believe, that only has half a beak.

Last Friday while viewing the ducks at the Ashland Boat ramp, I took pictures of two ducks that I can't figure out what they are.
I counted approximately 25 pairs of Mallards, and these two..I figure they are a pair..but of what I haven't a clue. I saw them there a couple weeks ago, but didn't have my camera.
Anyone know what they are??
