[birdky] more on migratory bird act

My recent tongue-in-cheek post  about happy invasive species seems to have 
passed right by everybody but 2 people. Although I was only joking that one of 
my resident Starlings might have bribed the judge, the court case referred to 
was real, and based on information I received in a recent Audubon Advisory 
newsletter. I have pasted a URL to a website telling about proposed legislation 
to amend the Migratory Bird Treaty and undo the protection to invasive species 
mandated by this recent court decision.
