[birdky] molting white-crowned sparrows

I thought for a while I had something different among my white-crowned 
sparrows. I noticed that on one of them, the black crown stripe did not extend 
all the way to the back of its head. Then I got a closer look and saw that its 
half black crown stripe was only on one side of its head. The other side still 
had a dark reddish brown stripe. I don't recall ever seeing an immature 
individual in transition molt before.
