[birdky] message to ebirders

The folks at ebird thought it would be a good idea to let users know that the filters are set up by months. Birds that don't return to KY until mid to late April will be flagged for the entire month, even though they aren't rare at the end of the month. So bare with those annoying popups asking for confirmation. They hope to fix this problem in the future, but it will probably be a while before this happens. They have a lot of other things to work on first.
Ebirders added a number of species to the Mammoth Cave NP list during the KOS meeting this past weekend. Go to http://ebird.org/content/ebird/ click view and explore data, click on arrivals and departures, scroll to KY, click hotspots and select Mammoth Cave NP. Select 1900-2009 for a complete list of birds reported for the park. These lists are sometimes a day behind, so more may be added in the next day or so.
