[birdky] fall meeting

it is time to be considering room reservations for the KOS fall meeting
at Dale Hollow State Resort Park (26th-28th of September). I don't know
how long they are holding rooms for us, but know they still have 23
rooms set aside for KOS. Lakeview rooms are 104.95, others are 89.95.
They also have camping, which Rhonda and I are considering.  We have
some great guest speakers lined up and looking forward to seeing
everyone.
