[birdky] bky :RPT Bald Eagle

Lake Peewee has been almost completely frozen over for some time. There is
just a tiny strip of open water on the north side of the lake. It has been
filled with Canada geese, Mallards, Coots, domestic geese and last week there
were a few Hooded Mergansers. Today, even the Mergansers had departed, but we
were rewarded by a lone Bald Eagle flying over us and perching on a tree at the
water's edge. He was still sitting in the same spot when we left to go home to
our warm den and the host of birds feasting outside our window.
