[birdky] Yahoo Falls Blue-headed Vireos McCreary County

I walked the Yahoo Arch trail and returned via the Cliffside trail today. I wasn't surprised to see Blue-headed Vireos had returned; I was surprised at how many had returned so early. I heard 7 singing and saw an 8th bird that appeared to be paired up with one of the songsters.

A lone Tree Swallow was flying over the river.

It was a fine spring like day to be out. Early wildflowers were blooming, Mt. chorus frogs were singing and butterflies were flying.

Birding smiles. . . . .
