[birdky] White-winged Scoters

I went by Waitsboro today and found the 2 White-winged Scoters in with a small group of Common Goldeneye along with more common waterfowl.

Wayne County: Fall Creek had a couple of Red-breasted Mergansers and Cooley's Pond had at least 17 Tree Swallows. The main pond has been drained and looks good for early shorebirds.
