White-winged Scoters 2
Cooley's Pond was mostly frozen, but the open area was packed with common waterfowl, including 5 Northern Pintails. 

Wolf Creek Dam had a few waterfowl including:
3 White-winged Scoters
1 Red-breasted Merganser
