[birdky] White Pelicans

While on our way home from a day trip to Benton, KY yesterday, we stopped by 
the dams for just a bit. Saw a couple of eagles soaring and it looked like the 
eagle was on that nest that you can see from Parking Lot at Barkley. Also two 
white pelicans were below the Barkley Dam. We had seen quite a few WP's at 
Alton, IL on our Eagle Trip to the Mississippi River a couple of weeks ago, so 
thought there might be some at the LBL dams. Guess we were a bit early.  We had 
not planned to do any birding and only had a pair of very old binocs in the car 
with us...
