[birdky] Where are the Buntings, Longspurs, and Larks?

Hi All,
I'd like to add to my life-list three wintering birds without having to drive
more than a couple of hours from Maysville, KY, which is on the Ohio River
about an hour's drive northeast of Lexington. Can anyone tell me a good place
to find Snow Buntings, Lapland Longspurs, and Horned Larks in Kentucky? Or are
we too far south?

Thanks,

Craig
