OBION WMA/UPPER BOTTOMS
Blue-winged Teal (6)
Long-billed Dowitcher in addition to previously reported species of shorebirds
Least Tern (4 w/ 2 juvs)

Other species of interest observed in Fulton County were several Red-headed 
Woodpeckers, 3 Loggerhead Shrikes, and 20+ Mississippi Kites.

I spent the last 3 hours of daylight on August 5 at the wader roost on Lake 9.  
The phenomenal number of Great Egrets along with their incessant vocalizations 
made me feel as though I had slipped into a prehistoric swamp in the south.

On another note, Joanie and I have been hosting a partially albinistic adult 
female Ruby-throated Hummingbird for over a week.  Based on the arrangement of 
the white feathers, she appears to be the same bird that visited at our feeders 
in August of last year.
