Orioles are scarce at my place.

Last week I went to Kentucky Lake with my family for vacation. Throughout the
week I tried to see as many birds as I could when I wasn't doing water
sports. I saw some interesting unexpected things like a Common Goldeneye. I
was very surprised when I saw him but he couldn't have been anything else. He
was most likely hurt according to Brainard.

Louisiana Waterthrush
Prothonotary Warbler
Double Crested Cormorants
Blue-Gray Gnatcatchers
Eastern Wood-Pewee
Barn Swallows

Osprey
Orchard Oriole
On Wednesday we birded Kentucky Dam and the marina roof hoping for a weird
gull.
We mainly had Ring Billed Gulls and Caspian Terns on the roof. Around there
we saw
Spotted Sandpiper
Red-Headed Woodpecker
Red-Bellied Woodpecker
Killdeer
Downy Woodpecker
Lesser Scaup (also researched this one and the head shape was distinct)
Great-Blue Heron
