I made a quick stop in the Western KY WMA this evening. I did manage to find a
few Veery along the road and just about gave up on finding other species when I
heard a Carolina chickadee scolding something. I stopped and during that stop
observed the following: Wilson's warbler (2-FOS), Kentucky warbler, Magnolia
warbler, A. restart, N. parula, Common yellow-throat, Ruby-throated
hummingbird, Red-eyed vireo, White-eyed vireo, Carolina wren, Cardinals, and BG
gnatcathers. All species came in in pairs.
