[birdky] Tree Swallows etc.

Sunday morning 5 Tree Swallows were circling over the pond and one of the boxes
that swallows had used back in the summer. It seemed like they might be paying
one last visit to the old home place before going south, but have I have no
evidence that they are the same swallows that raised here.
I saw a couple of Palm Warblers fliting along the fence rows and a number of
sparrows kept dodging out of sight in the ragweed patch surrounding the hay
rolls. Some were Song Sparrows, but at least one was a Swamp Sparrow and I
think I spotted a Lincoln's Sparrow. There ought to be enough food there to
keep them in the area long enough for me to get a more certain ID.
