Our A.S.K. trip carpool yesterday embarked from the Lakeside Golf Course
Parking lot, adjacent to Jacobson Park, Lexington. In the parking lot, I was
tantalized by the singing of a Tennessee Warbler. So I had to come back this
morning and found these all in the nice grove of tall wild black cherry trees
on the north side of the lot next to the lake.
Found him!--Tennessee Warbler (very hard earned look! 45 min of craning my
neck up!)
Blackpoll Warbler.
Yellow Warbler.
Yellow Rumped Warblers
Black-Throated Green Warbler
Warbling Vireo (very vocal too)
Baltimore Orioles (singing away, nice treat!)
White-Crowned Sparrows (morrrre chease please please!--heard some distance
away)
Best birding wishes,
Ben Albritton
Lexington, KY
