[birdky] Swallow-tailed kite update

Found the S-t kite feeding on the east side of S-3 at 0815 this morning.
The bird drifted to the east in the direction of S-5. I quickly drove around
to S-5 and the bird found me about halfway down S-5. It was feeding low back
and forth over the tree covered hill on the west side of S-5 and gave me some
great close up looks. After it drifted out of sight to the west I spent the
next 2 hours exploring the area. I was very lucky to relocate the bird at 1035
about 2000 feet above S-5 circling with several Turkey vultures.
I arrived early to beat the thermals and easily found this bird as well as
harriers, osprey, red shouldered and vultures flying low over the area. I
would advise anyone who hasn't seen this bird to do the same as by mid morning
most of the raptors are only specks in the sky.Other birds of interest include:
Bell's vireo - several along S-5
Willow/Alder flycatcher at intersection of S-2 and S-5
    Paradise ash basin
Least sandpiper - 20 +
Pectoral sandpiper - 4
Semi- plover - 1
Black-crowned nh - 6
