Does this mean that earlier documentations of Trumpeter Swans that were 
thoroughly supported and sent in due to specific request of the KOS will now be 
recorded as accepted instead of "unaccepted"? By the way, that "unaccepted" 
Trumpeter incident is why I stopped bothering to send in many records or 
documentations in recent years.
