11/16/08 1PM 45º Mostly overcast I decided to take a quick look at Wood Tract this afternoon. 7 Tundra Swans north of 268 at Wood Tract. I looked like one has a grey neck band. They were at the far north end of the flooded area. Other water birds: Mallards just a few 2 Pintails Several Shovelers. Most of the activity is south of 268 in the flooded Wood Tract. But all of the corn left in field makes seeing anything difficult. I know there were Canada Geese.
