74º overcast rising to 84º
Highlights:
I flushed a single Sandhill Crane in a mowed weed field SE of Gentle
Pond. He flew around and eventually landed out of sight toward Pond
Creek Marsh.
200 Great Egrets at 1574 slough.
1 Double-crested Cormorant at Honey Cypress Slough
1 Adult Turkey and about 10 young on Uniontown/Mt. Vernon Road. (Union
Co.)
1 Prothonotary Warbler at Gentle Pond.
Zero Dickcissels, I guess their gone??
