52º overcast, mostly cloudy by noon, rising to 66º
Wood Tract: I walked a good portion of it. Only water is at end near the Shorebird Unit. 
Horseshoe Road slough inaccessible
268 slough: full of water
Gentle Pond
Jenny Hole/Highland Creek Unit

Highlights:

Cattle Egrets: 6 near 268 slough in a farm field being disked (FOS)
Canada Geese: 7 in 268 slough
Bald Eagle: 2 juv on nest behind Anderson Pond. 1 Adult at new nest at JH/HC (No young seen) 
Am. Coot 1
Spotted Sandpiper: most numerous shorebird
Solitary Sandpiper 1
Pectoral Sandpiper 3
Least Sandpiper 2
Wood Thrush: several at JH/HC
Swainson's Thrush: 1 at GP
Veery: 1 at JH/HC, (FOS)
Ovenbird: 1 at GP
Canada Warbler: 1 at JH/HC (FOS)
Am. Redstart: 2 at JH/HC
Baltimore Oriole: 1 at Wood Tract
Blue Grosbeak
Savannah Sparrow: 2 at Wood Tract
White-crowned Sparrow: 1 at Wood Tract
Swamp Sparrow: 1 at Wood Tract
Vesper Sparrow: 2 in freshly worked field off Burbank Road (FOS)
