This weekend was a letdown after the last two.  I did spend less time out,
but it felt like the migration bulge has definitely passed and, except for
the two Warbler species, and Bobolinks everywhere, it seemed like the birds
were in settling-in mode.  We counted 48 species; 13 less than last weekend.

We saw a single White-crowned Sparrow under the feeders on Thursday evening,
but it was gone by Friday and so, we missed them for the first time since
the second weekend in October.  I always hate to see them go!

The only real oddity was the juvenile Bald Eagle that wandered past this
morning.  That was only our second sighting ever here.
