Well Rufus hummingbirds must like Barren County this year. Mr. & Mrs. Young that had a Rufus banded at their feeder on 11/5, had another one show up at the feeder on 11/12, and have had another one show up today! Since it has been raining all day, they have not been able to get a picture of all 3 together, and to absolutely confirm that the one from today is a Rufus, but from the visuals sightings, they believe it is a Rufus. They have 4 feeders out and still have a hummingbird vine in bloom.
