[birdky] Rpt-and Outing to Cave Run

Activity at my feeders is pretty slow these days.  Only seeing the normal 
Goldfinches, Titmouse, Junco, etc.  The numbers are not near what they have 
been in past years, thus a large savings in bird seed.  Saturday, 1/13 I did 
see my first Brown Creeper of the season.  Perhaps the cold weather will push a 
few new ones in this week.  
   
  I am planning to take the Eastern KY Bird Club group to Cave Run to see the 
eagle nest.  We will meet at the Shallow Flats Wildlife Viewing area at 10:30 
am, Saturday, January 20.  Shallow Flat is located on KY 801 at Cave Run.  
Easiest route is I-64 to Exit 133.  Go south to the Lake and it on the right 
after the Marina.
